These terms govern every order placed with Divya Poshak. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We may correct a price or cancel an order if an item is listed at an obviously wrong price.

Sizing

Poshak is sold by a size number from 0 to 12 that matches the height of your Laddu Gopal, not by centimetres. Measure from the base to the top of the head, without the mukut.

Replacement

• Wrong size replaced within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be unused and in its original packing
• Made-to-order and festival kit items are not returnable

Cash on delivery

COD orders are confirmed only after we verify your phone number with a one-time code. We may decline COD for an address with repeated refusals.
